Let us watch the Odia Worship Service. The Worship this afternoon was conducted by Rev. Dr. Ayub Chhinchani and Rev. Songram Keshari Singh shared frrom God’s Word. The Scripture portion was taken from Zephaniah 2:2-3. Today’s theme was ‘A Call to Repentance’. Many times in this book, the Day of the Lord is mentioned. So, when that day comes, are we prepared; and what should be our responsibility? It is time to Retrospect our lives in the Light of God’s Word.

Rev. Dr. Ayub Chhinchani preached on the theme ‘God’s promise of protection for His people’ from the familiar passage of Psalm 91. As the whole world is facing the threat of Corona Virus; let us seek His protection in our lives. His Word clearly says, He who dwells in the shelter of the Most High shall rest in the shadow of the Almighty. When we trust God fully and lean upon His promises; He will save us and protect us.
Rev. Rajendra Prasad Pani preached on the theme ‘knowing the Crucified Christ deeply’ from 1 Corinthians 2:1-8; though his focus was on verse 2. Do you really know the Crucified Christ in your life truly? Just serving the Lord means nothing; you need to know Him and believe Him in your heart. Is our life in tune with Christ! or are we crucifying Him everyday!
Rev. Songram Keshari Singh preached on the theme ‘Power of Prayer in a believer’s life’ from Luke 11:1-14. You may be going through various problems in your life; you may be having issues that don’t seem like coming through, the only answer in such a case is Prayer. As a believer, that is the greatest weapon.
Rev. C.S. Isaiah preached on the theme ‘Flee, follow and fight’ from 1 Timothy 6:11-14. When His presence comes in someone’s life, that life is completely transformed. God’s Word tells us clearly to flee from wrong things; follow the Living and Risen Savior and fight the good fight of faith.
Rev. Mrutyunjoy Lohora preached in the Odia Service on the theme ‘From bitterness to fulfillment’ from Exodus 15:22-27. We all go through bitterness in life. But, having experienced pain in life, how we come out of it is all the more important. When we give it all to Jesus, we will have the real fulfillment.
Mr. Tapas Dey preached on the theme ‘A Christian’s journey’ from 2 portions in Isaiah 50:10 and 1 Peter 2:21. We all go through different turmoils and situations in life. Are we walking in faith? Are we staying in the faith? We need to retrospect our lives in the light of His Word.
Rev. Dr. Ayub Chhinchani preached on the theme ‘Do you follow God’s Word!’ from 1 Thessalonians 2:13-16. Are you a Bible believing Christian? If so, then you need to follow God’s Word fully. It is the only truth and we need to practice it everyday in our lives.
Mr. Sanjeeb Kumar Das preached on the theme ‘Do not grieve the Holy Spirit’ from three portions in Ephesians 4:30, 1 Thessalonians 5:19 and Psalm 63:10. Many a times we try to compromise with God’s Word. Let us be careful and never grieve the Holy Spirit of God.
Rev. Dr. Ayub Chhinchani preached on the theme ‘God’s vision to His people’ from the familiar passage of Nehemiah chapter 1. Look, God doesn’t tolerates sin. He also punishes people for it. Here God gives His vision to Nehemiah, who followed His orders obediently.
Rev. Sandeep Kumar Giri preached on the theme ‘Who will go for us?’ from Isaiah 6:8 and also from 2 Timothy 2:3,4. The main emphasis was on Evangelism. We need to move out of our comfort zones and reach out to others. The Lord of this universe needs you and me. Who will stand up and go to fulfill the Great Commission laid by our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ?
Rev. Songram Keshari Singh preached on the theme ‘You have never been this way before’ from Joshua 3:1-5. As we have entered the 1st Sunday of 2020, let us reflect on our spiritual life. Let us live to glorify His Holy name in and through our lives. Let us improve on our prayer life and reflect on what we have been lacking in our spiritual realm! You need to surrender your everything to the Lord. Then only this new year will truly make sense in your life.
Rev. R.P. Pani preached on the theme ‘Learn to count your days’ from Psalm 90:1-12. The main focus was on verse 12. As a year is about to pass, let us focus on the blessings of the Lord. We need to count our blessings every day and live to glorify Him always.
Rev. Songram Keshari Singh preached on the theme ‘God of Christmas is with you’ from Luke 2:8-20. Take a listen. Be blessed.
Er. Sandeep Kumar preached on the theme ‘The real essence of Christmas’ from Luke 2:8-20. There are 5 things we need to see why Jesus is the Reason for the Season: 1) Christmas is a time for giving. 2) Christmas is a time for good tidings. 3) Christmas is a time for Amazing Grace. 4) Christmas is a time for glorifying God. 5) Christmas is a time for going home. Friends, as we approach another Christmas, let us prepare our hearts to glorify our Savior. Have you met the Resurrected Savior? Time to retrospect.
Rev. Dr. Ayub Chhinchani preached on the theme ‘What God thinks of His church!’ from the book Song of Songs. Here the Lord wants His people to prepare themselves for His coming. Are you living a life to glorify Him??? Time to retrospect as we enter the Christmas season.
Ms. Sanjukta Sahu preached on the theme ‘What is life?’ from James 4:13-17. This passage tells us that many times people plan on their own; but they need to realize that our life is short; it is nothing but just a vapor. We are here today; gone tomorrow. Surrender your life to the Creator. Commit your ways to the Lord.
Mr. George Philip preached on the theme ‘Be filled with the Holy Spirit’ from John 14:14-31. This message is a continuation from the previous evening’s message. As a believer, do we experience the person of the Holy Spirit everyday in our lives? Are we truly convicted of our sins? Do we have a strong urge to be filled with the Holy Spirit everyday. Once we do, our lives would never be the same again. Listen to this message. Be blessed.
Rev. Sandeep Giri preached on the theme ‘Having the heart of Missions’ from Proverbs 4:20-27 & 2 Kings 5:2-3. His focus was on our attitude towards Mission. There are many Christians today who love to live a comfortable life; but very few actually turn up for Mission work. How is out attitude today? Do we see the harvest? Are we burdened like Jesus was? Time to ponder.
