‘Meddling with God’s Word’ by Rev. B.N. Satpathy (2nd December, 2018)

Rev. B.N. Satpathy preached from Genesis 3:1-6. His theme was ‘Meddling with God’s Word’. The Word of God is Eternal and it stands forever. It never changes. Many a times, people try to meddle God’s Word and and use it for their for their own good.

This passage clearly reveals how Eve meddled with God’s Word. 4 things we see here:

a) She ignored God’s Word.
b) She added to God’s Word.
c) She minimised the intensity of God’s Word.
d) She modified God’s Word.

When we twist His Word, Satan comes into the scene. He justifies our sins. Friends, is it the right way to live our christian life? Let us guard our lives.
